Scenes from the Road

One of the things involved in the life of a trainer and speaker is traveling to clients and events. Every once in a while, I get to take a few moments to actually enjoy and appreciate my surroundings.

Such was the case today as I was driving to Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania. I drive through Amish communities and farmland. The first time I made this trip, three years ago, I did it in the dark. I will NEVER do that again.

Mostly because driving through some of those winding rural roads with two lanes and severe drop offs scared the mess out of me, but partly because it also meant I missed out on some great scenes.

And don't worry. I stopped driving to take these pictures!
